Citation Canada

As an Intermediate UI/UX Designer at Citation Canada for nearly 3 years, I led the design of multiple subscription-based digital products that provide Canadian businesses with access to HR and Health & Safety compliance tools and resources.

CareerPeer

As part of a design challenge aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, I was a member of a team that developed a digital service aimed at addressing income inequality in Canada. The project aimed to empower women with tools for salary negotiation, career planning, and closing the wage gap.

As a UX Designer / Project Associate at CGI, a leading global IT and business consulting firm in Canada, I worked within the Global Wealth and Capital Markets unit. This internship provided me with exposure to large-scale enterprise design systems and the inner workings of digital transformation within the financial sector.

Growth

In collaboration with TD Lab, this project aimed to establish a trust-based, value-driven relationship between TD and Generation Z. We were tasked with reimagining how students interact with banking, focusing on transparency, loyalty, and adapting to evolving generational expectations.
